The mailing list

If you subscribe, this site stores your email address, the date of your consent and confirmation, delivery records, and private verification tokens. The list is used for occasional news about C. V. Voiden’s books and stories. Your address is not sold or used for advertising.

You must confirm by email before joining the list. Unconfirmed requests expire after 48 hours and are removed the next time the list is accessed. Every welcome message and publication update includes a link to unsubscribe. Confirming your unsubscribe removes your entry from the active database.

Contact messages

The contact form sends your email address, optional name, and message to the author’s dedicated inbox through the configured email provider. The website does not store a copy or add you to the mailing list. Messages may remain in the author’s inbox and the email provider’s systems.

Running the site

This site uses no advertising trackers or analytics cookies. The web server may keep access logs for operation and troubleshooting. Subscription links use private tokens, so please don’t share them. The configured email provider processes addresses and message content to deliver mail.

To ask about your information, use the contact page when it becomes available.
